Shipping & Delivery Policy – ICSCoachingBooks

PLEASE READ THIS SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY CAREFULLY

I. ICSCoachingBooks currently delivers books across Rajasthan with limited delivery options available in other cities of India.

II. We commit to dispatch all confirmed orders within 48–72 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

III. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Orders shipped through our courier partners may take 6–14 days to reach you, depending on your location.

IV. ICSCoachingBooks is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or India Post. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier/India Post within 2–3 working days from the date of order or as per the agreed delivery schedule at the time of order confirmation. Deliveries will only be made to the address specified at the time of placing the order.

V. While we aim to ship all items in your order together, in some cases (due to product availability or packaging requirements) your order may be shipped in multiple consignments.

VI. In certain cases where consignments are sent via India Post and cannot be delivered at your doorstep due to weight or size restrictions, customers may need to coordinate with the local India Post office to collect their order.
