At icscoachingbooks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a wrong or damaged book, we offer an easy exchange process to make things right. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer support. Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement or guide you through the exchange process.
Books must be unused and in their original condition with packaging intact. We do not accept exchanges for books that have been marked, written in, or damaged after delivery. Please note that exchanges are only applicable for wrong or defective items — we currently do not offer exchanges for reasons like change of mind or choosing the wrong title by mistake.
Once your exchange is approved, we will coordinate the pickup and dispatch of the replacement item. In some cases, you may be asked to send the book back to us at your own cost, depending on your location and the nature of the issue.
